CANCELLATION POLICY

We hope you can join us but we understand plans change sometimes. If you wish to cancel your registration and request a refund, please email us immediately at ehowe@themedicaleducator.com. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 100% refund minus a $250 administrative fee until 60 days prior to the event

  • 50% refund minus a $250 administrative fee from 45 to 60 days prior to the event

  • No refunds 45 days or less prior to the event

The Medical Educator LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to unforeseen circumstances and other events that render it illegal, impractical, or unlikely (in the opinion of TME) that attendees will be unable or unwilling to attend the event. For example, recognized health threats as determined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or local government authority or health agencies (including but not limited to the health threats of COVID-19, H1N1, or similar infectious diseases), resulting in curtailment of transportation access, or other similar occurrence would provide a basis for cancellation. In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement, The Medical Educator, LLC will offer a credit for a future event or refund the registration fee minus the nonrefundable $100 processing fee, but The Medical Educator is responsible for no other damages of any kind.
